General Terms and Conditions
Prices quoted do not include travel from the U.K. Ask for details from 'Chez Nous' Travel Services (Tel. 01484 684075 quoting our reference number) for competitive prices on ferry and Europ Assistance car insurance.

Telephone/Internet bookings will be held for 7 days pending receipt of your completed booking form and non-refundable deposit. Confirmation of receipt will be sent by return post. The balance of payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival, or the full amount on booking if less than 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Your holiday accommodation will be clean on arrival and we ask that you leave it in a clean and orderly condition. A security fee of £100 is due with your balance. Payment for any breakage and damage will be deducted from the security fee, as will any cleaning charges should they be deemed necessary. Your security fee will be posted back to you within a week of your departure. Please report any defects in the property or malfunction of appliances so that they can be attended to promptly.

Change-over day is Saturday - arrival after 4p.m., departure by 10 a.m. The maximum number of people to reside in the property must not exceed the number declared on the booking form. Our tariffs do not include any personal insurance for you and your party, so please ensure before you leave home that you are fully covered for travel cancellation, accidents, illness, personal liability etc. A completed form E111 from the U. K. will generally cover you for health emergencies - ask for details from 'Chez Nous' Travel Services. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday (due to fire, flood or other circumstances beyond our control) our liability is limited to a refund of monies already paid to us in respect of the rental fee.

Electricity, gas, water and, where appropriate to the season, firewood are all included. Duvets, English pillows, bed linen, hand and bath towels are provided but NOT pool or beach towels. Keryvon towels must not be used by the poolside or removed from the premises. No car washing on site - car washing facilities are available locally. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
